Delivery Orders are normally received within 14 days. International orders will occasionally take up to 20 working days and information will be provided where this is the case. We will always obtain a signature for delivery where possible. If there is to be any kind of delay with your order we will contact you to let you know, and explain the reason for the delay Delivery is free on all orders in the UK and Ireland. All other orders are subject to a postage charge at approximate cost to us, which would be calculated according to order size and delivery destination. You may be sent a link after placing your order so that you can pay the additional postage charge, if not automatically included in the order total when you check out In the event of an item not being received after we dispatch it, we are unable to do anything until 10 working days have passed, in which case Royal Mail will consider the parcel 'lost' and we can redispatch the goods again

Terms of Discount When receiving a discount off your order subject to a certain written or verbal condition (i.e. £100 minimum spend) you are accepting that if at a later date you no longer meet the condition (due to returning a garment etc.), then the discount is to be repaid, in addition to any other expenses. For example, if two items costing £50 each entitle you to a £10 discount, you would pay £90. If you subsequently return one of the garments for a refund because you do not like it, we would refund you £50, minus the £10 discount you no longer meet the requirements for
