Deliveries
All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders placed within the UK on our Standard shipping service are normally received within 3-5 working days. Orders placed outside of the UK on our Standard shipping service are normally received within 10 working days.
We will track deliveries where we feel necessary, but if you insist on a tracked or expedited delivery you must request this at checkout. If there is any kind of problem with your order we aim to contact you within 1 working day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, and instead would ask you to return your item to us for a refund.
Standard delivery is free of charge in all countries where a local website version is used to make the purchase, although charges are made for any superior services, or for delivery outside of the country.
In the event of an item not being received, we are unable to do anything until 10 working days have elapsed for deliveries within the UK. This increases to 25 working days outside of the UK. It is only after this time that we would be able to consider a parcel 'lost', and be able to appropriately make an insurance claim or redispatch your goods.
All orders are subject to a small minimum order value.
