I ordered these, with another pair, on Wednesday and fully expected delivery to take 3-5 days as stated on the order acknowledgement. The delivery actually came the next day. I call that impressive service at the best of times let alone in a pandemic. The clogs are comfortable - noisy on a hardwood floor but what do you expect from wooden bases! Overall - superb service.

Size 39 was perfect fit for me, and no need for exchange/return. Being someone who is not a fan of online shopping, I was really happy with first fit being correct and just love these clogs
